Two community's in Cork have been very supportive in offering their premises to the BBBS programme for matches to meet up and enjoy activities together. St.Vincent de Paul in Mallow, County Cork have offered matches the opportunity to use their facilities to meet up weekly and enjoy a safe comfortable evening in an ideal location. The Family Resource Centre in Carrigtwohill have also offered a similiar service to matches in the area.

 Big Brother Big Sister Cork has just moved to a new home! We are very enthusiastic about our new office which is based at Foroige Regional Office, Unit GC, North Valley Business Centre, Old Mallow Road, Cork.

Big Brother Big Sister Cork is always looking for new volunteers, particularly men, to get involved in the Programme.

According to one Big Brother "It's great. I feel that young people need alternatives to what is available nowadays and this is a nice alternative, and its a way for me to contribute to that". For male volunteers, it's a chance to play sports, computer games, golf, soccer, chat about GAA ... all while making a real difference in the life of a young person.
